Phillip Rawlinson

Dip Law (BAB) FAPI LREA | Director, Property Advisory

With over 30 years of real estate, valuation and advisory experience, Phillip has consulted to clients on lease, rent review and determinations for commercial office and industrial sectors in excess of $1 billion rental value.

He has acted as an advisor to various legal, finance, accounting and major corporations throughout Australia and is well respected by his peers in the industry for his expert knowledge and skill of application.

Phillip is a lateral thinker, able to provide innovative and focused strategy to complex issues that require creative solutions. His drive and enthusiasm provides enormous value to our Clients.

Peter Kempthorne

FAPI LREA | Director, Property Advisory

Peter has significant experience in the lease and asset management industry for over 25 years coupled with extensive valuation, rent review and rental determination experience in commercial and retail areas. His capacities have extended to management of commercial portfolios of institutional clients on a national basis.

During the past 10 years, Peter has specialised in property consultancy and valuations on behalf major corporate asset owners, a number of local councils and national retailers. His strong focus on the intense detail and understanding of the intricacies of property management, due diligence and corporate advisory provides a pro active and valuable contribution to clients.

Bob Ellis

FAPI | Property Advisory

Bob has extensive skill and expertise within the retail and office sectors of the Sydney CBD, metropolitan and country areas of New South Wales specialising in Rental Consultancy, Lease Advisory, and Property Development.

He understands the dynamics of the property market and has the ability to apply creative thinking to achieve results above expectations for clients. His knowledge of the Retail Lease legislation, and interpretation of commercial leases creates a specialized level of knowledge that compliments a high level of expertise within the firm.

Keith Sheppard

BSc (Hons) Building Management | Director, Project Delivery

Keith has been involved throughout his career in a diverse range of projects from major retail development, industrial and civil works to office fit outs and roll out programs. Keith has over 15 years of experience as both a Project and Construction Manager.

The list of projects include, Arnotts Shopping centre ($60m), Darling Harbour Olympic Overlay project ($50m), Telstra Call Centre Optimisation Program ($60m), Telstra Executive Conference Facility ($10m) Sensis ($18m)to building upgrades at 175 Liverpool st, 231 Elizabeth Street.

Keith specialises in working with the client, building teams to match client needs, providing innovative and effective solutions to issues and problems.
